3 generation greenhouse/farm operating in the town of Innisfil for over 45 years. Growers of fine quality potted flowers, herbs and vegetable plants. Greenhouse grown vegetables using conventional growing methods(not hydroponic) and using biological controls as opposed to sprays.
We specialize in greenhouse grown vegetables-Tomatoes (Heirloom, Beefsteak, Salad, Cherry) Eggplant, Cucumbers (English, Mini Snack, Pickling) Sweet Bell peppers and over 50 varieties of Hot Peppers.
Other vegetables produced in the greenhouses or outside in the field- Lettuce, Leeks, Broccolini, Spinach, Chard, Cabbage, Kale and collards, Kohlrabi, Zucchini and squash, Shallots and Onions, Fresh Bunched Herbs.
Gaynor and Rosemarie also have an amazing variety of Jams, Jellies and preserves.

Rosie's Meat Pies & Quiche
Rosie’s Meat Pies and Quiche is a family business owned and operated by Thomas Bouhs. The recipes originally come from Tom’s mother Rosie. Rosie came from Germany and started a catering business that ran for over 30 years. We started the farmers market in 2009 offering a variety of homemade meat pies and quiche which include kinds like; Steak and Guinness, Ginger honey chicken, and Turkey with sweet potato and cranberry. There are over 10 different meat pies to choose from and an assortment of quiche to get your mouth watering. We offer three different sizes of meat pie from small individual size to medium that could serve 4 people and large that could serve up to 6 people. All pies are made from fresh ingredients, made by hand and are fully cooked.
We are located in Orillia, Ontario and operate solely out of local farmers markets around Simcoe and Muskoka areas. Come check us out every Thursday between June and December in Innisfil. Orders for meat pies or quiche can be made by phone or email as well to:
